De-risking Africa: Mobilising Capital at Scale for Sustainable Development

On the margins of the 81st Session of the United Nations General Assembly (#UNGA81), in collaboration with the African Peer Review Mechanism (APRM), we will convene a high-level discussion on how Africa can de-risk investment, mobilise capital at scale and advance sustainable development.
The discussion will bring together policymakers, development finance institutions, investors, philanthropic organisations, multilateral institutions and private sector leaders to look at practical ways to reduce investment risks, strengthen Africa’s financial architecture and unlock greater flows of domestic and international capital for sustainable development.
